First: Functional Services:

• Inform the students with the procedures required for the study in different faculties and payment of fees.
• Respond to students inquiries via the website, e-mail and social networking sites

2)-assist students in obtaining residence permits from the     immigration office.

 Second: Academic Services:

• Communicate with all concerned administrations within the university and the central administration for international students to facilitate and direct all the procedures required for admission and graduation of students.
• Communicate with the various faculties and follow up the academic progress of students and solve all the problems facing them.
• Organize training courses for international students in several fields as computer, languages, and others
• Organize classes for teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speaker
• Communicate with the cultural attachés of different embassies in Egypt to follow up international students and solve their problems
• Arrange meeting with the students in the presence of their faculty coordinators to follow up their academic progress and the problems facing them.

Third: Social Services:

A) - Provide all medical services for international students

  B) Provide all social activities e.g. (cultural, entertainment, sports and      art) for international students
