(Bachelor's - License) Application and Admission Procedures for International Students at the undergraduate Stage
1.The application is submitted through the (Study in Egypt) platform on the following link:

1- The student creates an account on the platform using their personal email.
2- An email is sent to activate the student’s account.
3- The student clicks on 'Submit College '
.4- The student fills in the data and then clicks on 'Continue'.
5- The student fills in the details of the certificate country and selects the name of the high school certificate obtained from the names registered on the platform.
6- The student enters the grades of the subjects they passed during their high school studies.
7- The student enters the colleges they wish to apply to.
8- The required documents are uploaded which include: (A valid passport copy – A copy of the high school certificate or its equivalent – A copy of the student’s birth certificate – A personal photo of the student).
9- The payment method for the application fee of (170 $) is chosen, either electronically via the platform or by bank deposit in the Bank Misr account number (1490120000000528).
11- In the case of payment via bank deposit, the student uploads a copy of the receipt and enters the reference number of the receipt in the 'Payment Number' field, ensuring that the receipt includes the student's name.
12- The student’s documents and data are examined to verify their accuracy in order to make a decision regarding the student's acceptance in one of the colleges (preferences) chosen by the student.
13- Upon acceptance, the student receives a preliminary nomination letter which includes a schedule detailing the remaining fees and dues totaling (1920) $, itemized as follows: (170$ electronic coordination fees - 150$ fees for the first-year expatriate club, which is mandatory for all expatriate students - 1500$ enrollment fee, paid once - 100$ health insurance fee) using the same payment method as before.
14- If the student's secondary school certificate is old, a fee of 300$ is charged for each year of the degree's recency. 15- After completing the payment due from the student and confirming the payment (changing the application status to 'Paid') on the platform, the student must submit the original documents to the International Students Office at the university, ensuring that all original documents are submitted. The required documents to be submitted by the expatriate student are:
A. The original educational qualification - General Secondary Certificate or its equivalent - duly documented, certified, and attested.
B. A current passport copy with inspection of the original.
C. A copy of the student's birth certificate.
D. 6 personal photos.
E. A certificate of abilities (if required) for some certificates.
F. The original payment receipt for registration and coordination services or a screenshot of the electronic payment.
16- After confirming the receipt of the student's file on the platform by the university's international students office, a digital preliminary acceptance form will be issued for the student on the Study in Egypt platform. The student will then be provided with a letter addressed to the college the student is accepted into, for a medical examination and an AIDS test, followed by the completion of the student's registration procedures.
Secondly: The annual tuition fees for the academic year 2023/2024 are as follows:
8000 US dollars annually (Medicine - Dentistry).
6000 US dollars annually (Engineering - Pharmacy - Computer Science and Data Science).
5000 US dollars annually (Veterinary Medicine - Agriculture - Sciences - Nursing).
3500 US dollars annually for other colleges and institutes.
