Application and Admission Procedures for International Students at the Postgraduate Stage
(Diploma – Master – PhD)
1- The application is submitted through the (Study in Egypt) platform on the following link:
https://study-in-egypt.gov.eg/
2- The student creates an account on the platform and then applies for admission for postgraduate education.
3- The required personal data and the data for the academic degree to be registered are filled out, and the choice is made from the available degrees.
4- The required documents are uploaded: (a copy of a valid Passport - a copy of the Academic Qualification - a copy of the Transcript - a copy of the certificate Equivalency from the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities).
5- In case of the Supreme Council’s equivalency certificate does not exist, it is must to submit online through the following link;
6- The student choose the method of payment of the application fees (170$), either electronically by Visa or Master Card through the platform or by bank deposit in the Misr Bank account No. (466000100003967).
7- In the case of payment by bank deposit, the student uploads a scanning copy of the receipt and enters the Reference Number of the receipt in the field (Paid Number).
8- The student’s documents and data are checked to ensure their validity, and then the application for admission is sent to the University for Examination and a decision is made for acceptance or rejection, with an explanation of the reason for the rejection.
9- In the case of acceptance, it's Appear an acceptance status, then the student must pay the Final Registration fees (1820 $).
10- After transforming The Status of Application to (Payment made ), The Student must go to Alexandria University (the Red Building) to obtain the Acceptance letter and submit it to the Faculty.
